I just bought this item to replace my American Standard valve that keep running. However, I have a 3 inch valve and no matter how I adjusted the base, it would no fit the flush seat. I gave up and bought another type to fit on. It is a shame, I was hoping this would fit. It m...Read More

I installed the Dual Flush Converter in an older toilet to reduce water usage. Because of poor design it leaks and I have probably ended up using more water and wasting my DIY time. I’d avoid this product.

Good concept, bad design. The valve unit worked great...Read More

The problem is that the bottom gasket that seals the valve to the opening is too weak and allows the valve to move toward the bottom of the tank with every flush. This creates puckers in the gasket and leaks.

Customer service suggested that I reinstall…again. Since there is a design flaw in the device, I will be returning it to my retailer.

      Good Afternoon John,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your installation. We had once seen the bubbles occur in a very small amount of products sold, but this has since been corrected and this should be a one time incident. If you have any questions abou...Read More

After about three years of operation my dual flush converter started dripping. Unlike other posts I can find no issue (bubbles) with the seal, yet spinning the device in the tank back and forth a couple times will stop the dripping for a couple to a few flushes. I called the...Read More

At approximately 14 months the blue seals in two of my three toilets have begun to leak constantly. There does not seem to be enough downforce/preasure to make a good seal. I spent two hours troubleshooting just to make sure I was looking at the right area. I even installed a...Read More
