Use this Danco universal toilet flapper when repairing your leaking toilet. It will provide a positive seal and help restore your toilet to a high level of performance. Toilets that do not shut-off properly waste water, energy and money.
Turn off the water supply to the Toilet. Flush the Toilet to drain the water from the Tank.
Disconnect the Pull Chain from the Tank Lever Arm.
Remove the old Flapper from the Flush Valve.
Install the new Flapper onto the Flush Valve.
Reconnect the Pull Chain to the new Tank Lever Arm allowing no more slack in the Chain than one link. Turn on the water supply to the toilet and test for leaks.
