Here is a MUCH better video that shows everything. I did not remove the spout from the bathtub, so it was a little tougher, but was able to get it done.

This repair kit is great! I have a nice Moen bathtub spout and didn’t feel a need to replace the whole unit just because of a bad diverter inside. This did the trick.
