Purchased this item from Home Depot during my new toilet installation. The old Flange was beat up and not cooperating and this item took a 2 hour job and turned it into a 10 minute job. I highly recommend this product.

This product is not good for toilets that sit directly on slab. Other problem was legs didnt fit over old flange.
