Literally the most worthless instructions possible. What everyone wants to know is the assembly order and orientation of the seat/spring/valves! Spring sits in the little well with the smaller end facing out, rubber seat sits on top of that with the rolled edge facing out, val...Read Moreve pushes up against the rubber seat and the two larger locators align with the metal pipe then the stem goes over that screwing it all together and holding the valve against the rubber seat
The 3s-10hc does not come with the washer and spring. If you are supposed to return the old worn out ones with the new stem, what goes in first the spring or the washer. In other words does the spring go down first and the washer sit on top, or the other way
