Everything is good, exc. common-sense design/thinking. The plastic nut is supposed to be so-called wing (nut like every existing nut I have ever seen in any drain in my life), but this one does not have 2 little wings, and it makes it difficult to remove the nut by hand withou...Read Moret plyers.
I cannot blame the Taiwan manufacturer, but I blame the Pfister or Danco designers who did not think it thru.
Luckily, the part that breaks is the steel rod that rusts thru, but the old/existing nuts can usually be reused, so I reused them. Otherwise, it works.
